 Bryan Hambleton
International Television Sales
In 1992 Bryan Hambleton created his own independent international television sales consultancy business, Bryan Hambleton Television Associates, and has been working closely with John Laing and Rigel Entertainment since the beginning. Based out of London, Hambleton heads all program sales for Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East, Africa, Portugal, CIS, Israel, Benelux, Cyprus, Eire, Greece, Malta and Turkey.
Before the creation of BHTA, Hambleton was appointed Vice President of Sales at Orion Television International where he was responsible for Pay and Free TV Sales in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The Orion feature library included such titles as “Silence of the Lambs”, “Platoon”, “Terminator”, and “Robocop”. Included in the series catalogue was the ever-popular “Cagney and Lacey”.
Previous to Orion, Hambleton started at Warner Brothers International Television as a Sales Executive, but rose to Vice President of Sales where he was responsible for licensing Pay and Free TV throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Bryan’s duties also included marketing, sales negotiation, and after sales administration. He attended all major TV markets including the annual LA Screenings and made frequent sales trips to individual territories. |
